What Monthly Hosting Includes
Hosting plus bounded maintenance to existing EPK content. Each routine update request is one consolidated submission of up to 5 minor edits. Unused monthly requests do not roll over. OTA implementation corrections do not use your allowance.
New presentations, visualizers, redesigns and major changes require a confirmed scope and quote.
An internal project archive is retained for at least 90 days after cancellation or archive. Reactivation is subject to recovery and platform compatibility; the locked reactivation fee is $25.
Package Boundaries
EPKs are hosted at MyEPK.Rocks. A separate artist website or custom domain is not included.
Campaign execution, booking outreach, radio promotion, PR and advertising are quoted separately. OTA does not guarantee bookings, traffic, streams or other outcomes.
The standard deposit is 50%; the remaining setup balance is due at completion.

Do I need professional photos before I start?
No. Good photos help, but part of the MyEPK.Rocks process is helping artists organize what they already have and figure out what needs to be improved.
Can I update the EPK after it is built?
Yes. Routine updates to existing material are included within your package allowance: 1, 2 or 4 consolidated requests per month. Each request can contain up to 5 minor edits.
Why use a live EPK instead of a PDF?
A live EPK is easier to share, easier to update, mobile-friendly, searchable, and far less annoying than oversized attachments or messy Drive links.
Do you work with tribute and cover bands?
Absolutely. Tribute bands, cover bands, independent artists, and working live acts are core MyEPK.Rocks clients.
Can you help if my current materials are a mess?
That is exactly what Band Rescue is for. We clean up the mess, organize the assets, and rebuild the presentation into something useful.
